Making a journey from Iceland to Egypt.

Egypt (2022)

In 2022, I travelled from Iceland to Egypt via a brief detour in Milan, Italy, touching down in the south of Egypt, and travelling by road up to Cairo. I had just completed an artist residency in Iceland, and the distinct difference between the Icelandic and Egyptian landscape struck me, along with the wild, electric energy of Cairo itself.
